Q: How can I order?

A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

How can I track my delivery?

Once you have placed your order, we will email you a Customer Order Number. With the help of this number, you can track your order. Along with the order number, you will receive an SMS once the order is being picked by the courier company containing the tracking number of your order. So that you can track your order easily.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (business days), excluding public holidays and weekends. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.

Do you store my payment information?
